Spinach Salad With Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. raspberry or strawberry vinegar
2 to 3 Tbsp. raspberry or strawberry preserves
1 pkg. spinach, cleaned and stemmed
fresh strawberries or raspberries, sliced
2 to 3 kiwi, sliced and quartered
1/4 to 1/2 c. Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Mix vinegar and preserves.
Add oil.
Toss spinach with dressing and half of strawberries, kiwi and nuts.
Sprinkle remaining on top.
