Hamburger Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium shells
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add hamburger and brown. Drain off excess fat.
    Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Add shells to meat mixture. Add tomato sauce, corn and seasonings.
    Mix well. Transfer to 2-quart casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
