Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. butter
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cook together sugar, syrup and water to a hard ball stage (250\u00b0).
Add peanuts and butter and cook to a light caramel color (about 7 1/2 minutes over medium heat).
Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.
Stir quickly and pour out on buttered foil. Let cool.
