Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 well ripened bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Cut banana and nuts into small pieces and add.
Sift flour with salt and baking soda and add to mixture.
Bake in greased loaf pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
