Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 red onion
    1 medium can Parmesan cheese
    1 jar mayonnaise
    several strips bacon, cooked crisp
Preparation
    Layered:
    Crumble the cauliflower into small enough pieces to eat.
    Place thin sliced red onion on top of cauliflower.
    Crumble bacon on top of onion.
    Spoon mayo on top of bacon, about 1/2-inch thick.
    Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese 1/2-inch on top of mayo.
    Do not mix yet.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight; before serving, mix.
    Serve cold.
