Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

    2 c. shortening or butter
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make small balls of dough; roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased pan at 400\u00b0.
