Easy Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

3 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 chopped onion
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons shortening in extra large cast-iron skillet.
Mix all ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Heat and time vary on type and size of skillet.
