Savory Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Kraft salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. McCormick Creole seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Goya Adobo seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
    Mix salad dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended.
    Stir in potatoes and onion to coat.
    Divide potato mixture evenly among 6 (12-inch) square pieces of heavy-duty foil. Seal each to form pocket.
    Place foil packets on grill over medium hot coals.
    Grill, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
