Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. very warm water
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Place yeast in water.
    Melt butter and add sugar and egg.
    Add yeast, then flour.
    The batter will be thin and requires no kneading.
    Put in airtight bowl and refrigerate.
    Bake in muffin pans at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
