Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or large fryer, boil, bone and cut into cubes
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    18 tortillas
    1 onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth from cooked chicken
Preparation
    Grease large casserole or 2 small ones.
    Put chicken, cheese and onion in each tortilla and fold over.
    Place in casserole. Blend Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
    Pour over casserole and bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
