Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream
    sugar, shortening and eggs thoroughly.
    Add milk and vanilla
    to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Spoon flour into dry measuring
    cup.
    Level
    off
    and pour measured flour onto waxed paper.
    Add soda to flour.\tStir to blend.\tAdd blended dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.\tStir in potato chips and
    nuts.\tDrop
    by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake
    at
    400\u00b0
    for
    10 to 12 minutes.
    Yields 7 dozen cookies.
