Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain corn meal
    1/2 teacup self-rising flour (too much will give it a \"biscuit\" taste)
    1 egg
    buttermilk (enough to make batter texture)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix and pour into hot, greased, iron skillet and bake until done at 350\u00b0.
