Laplander Frosting Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs or 4 egg yolks
    4 1/2 Tbsp. cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add other ingredients, then cook in saucepan on high until mixture boils, stirring all the time. Remove from heat, then pour into electric mixer bowl or beat with spoon.
    Beat the mixture until cold and thick enough to spread. This you must watch carefully and stir constantly while cooking, for it burns easily.
    For a large cake, double the recipe.
