Cabbage Potato Saute(For A Restricted Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. grated raw potato
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook cabbage in water until tender.
    Stir occasionally; drain.
    Add potato, margarine, salt and pepper. Stir in vinegar.
    Cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes. Yield:
    4 servings.
