Microwave Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim steak and pound well.
    Cut into 6 to 8 pieces.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat beef with flour mixture.
    Place meat and remaining flour mixture into rectangular baking dish, 12 x 8-inch or 10-inch square.
