Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 small or 1 large jar strained baby prunes
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Mix by hand.
Do not overmix.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
