Pork Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 lb. bulk lean pork sausage
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped tart apples
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into ring in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Fill center with scrambled eggs, if desired.
    Garnish with parsley and crabapples.
    Serves 12.
