Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 qt. cucumbers, sliced thin
2 c. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. salt
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
4 c. cider vinegar

Preparation

Mix cucumbers, onion and salt together.
Let stand 3 hours.
Mix
