"Ole" Sarges Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons, chopped fine, including the rind of one
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 garlic (cluster of bulbs)
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 bottle A.1.
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    4 cloves or equivalent
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook until lemon and onion are mushy.
    All water should be boiled out by this time.
