Glaze For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Wash real good.
Put in pan the night before you want to serve them and add water to cover plus 4 more cups water.
Let set and next morning put on stove at low temperature.
Add salt and ham hock (or vegetable oil).
Cook until tender.
Watch and don't let boil dry.
Keep plenty of water in beans.
To add flavor you may put a whole onion in while cooking.
