Economy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium box elbow macaroni
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil macaroni until tender; strain.
    Brown ground beef or chuck in skillet; drain off fat.
    Add onion, green pepper and one can of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk.
    Then add cooked macaroni; mix together and add salt and pepper to taste.
