Snicker-Doodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cream of tarter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Blend in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Mix 2 Tbsp. of sugar and cinnamon into a bowl.
    Roll balls into mixture and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set; immediately remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes 5-6 dozen.
