Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Put steak cubes, onion and garlic in crock-pot.
    Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes.
    Add all other ingredients except sour cream.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 10 hours.
    Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving and stir in thoroughly.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
    (On high setting, cook 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.)
