Chicken Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 green beans
    2 onions, diced
    10 mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. dried beef broth
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. cilantro
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Thinly slice chicken.
    Flour chicken and saute in olive oil. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish.
    Saute beans, onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
    Put on chicken.
    Brown flour and margarine.
    Mix broth and water and add; mix until blended.
    Add garlic, cilantro and red pepper.
    Stir in flour to make gravy.
    Pour over chicken; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
