Peanut Butter Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. soft margarine
    3/4 c. finely chopped salted peanuts
    1 more c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together until smooth, then stir in second cup confectioners sugar.
    Shape into tiny balls.
    Roll each ball in 3/4 cup finely chopped salted peanuts.
    Place on wax paper and refrigerate until firm.
