Scallops Hawaiian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 can sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Cut scallops into small pieces and salt.
    Make a syrup of butter, sugar and pineapple juice.
    Dip scallops and pineapple slices in syrup.
    Place pineapple in a well greased shallow pan. Put scallops in center of pineapple slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, basting once with syrup.
