Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (10-inch) pie shell
    2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    salt and pepper
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    3 slices Provolone cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Coat tomato slices with flour, salt and pepper.
    Saute in hot oil until golden brown.
    Set aside.
