    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    together
    and cook over low heat like pudding until thickened.\tPour over top of baked apples.\tSprinkle top with nuts, if desired.
