Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. instant potatoes (flakes or buds)
Preparation
    Combine and let stand at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours. Cover lightly by cloth or wax paper.
    The starter must be used once a week.
    If you do not wish to make bread, throw out 1 cup of starter and feed the starter as stated.
