Cauliflower Polonaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. cooked cauliflower
1 hard-boiled egg
1 chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour and when blended, add milk and seasoning.
Cook until creamy sauce forms.
Add cauliflower, egg and parsley.
Pour in buttered dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
