Shrimp Wiggle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 c. cooked or canned shrimp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt over low heat the butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Blend well. Add gradually the milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add shrimp.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Keep hot over boiling water or very low heat. Pour over toast or crackers.
    Serves 4.
