Zucchini Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian style chicken sausage
3 diced green peppers
2 large chopped onions
12 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 medium diced zucchini
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. fresh oregano
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a skillet, poach chicken sausage in 1/4-inch of water for 15 minutes.
Cut each sausage into 4 pieces and place in a large saucepan.
