No-Fat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of sugar, if desired
1/3 c. applesauce
2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Blend well.
Drop onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat baking spray.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
