Stir-Fry Mushrooms And Garden Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 6 to 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium size zucchini
    3 small onions
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 (.19 oz.) envelope instant chicken flavored broth *
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    hot fluffy rice
Preparation
    Slice clean, fresh mushrooms or drain canned mushrooms.
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Peel and cut onion into 6 wedges.
    Combine wine, dry broth mix (*or 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon), brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar; set aside.
