Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

frozen whole berries (strawberries or raspberries work best)
bananas
fruit juice (orange or apple juice work best)
Preparation

In blender container, place 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen berries. Break into pieces and drop on top of berries, one entire banana. Pour in juice just to cover fruits.
Blend until smooth (doesn't take long!).
For thicker smoothie, use less juice.
