Chilli Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 onion
    1 pkg. Chili-O mix
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can (small) tomato sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans Luck's pinto beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    small amount of oil
    Italian sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Drain liquid from beans.
    Chop onion and pepper and set aside. Mix beans, browned chuck and Chili-O mix (follow directions on package); pour in oil.
    Stir; add pepper.
    Cook in crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours.
