Sauerkraut Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and finely cut in blender
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light; blend in eggs and vanilla.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately in water, beating after each addition. Stir in sauerkraut.
    Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Frost with sour cream chocolate frosting.
