Easter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Add coconut, marshmallow cream, butter, cornstarch and vanilla to cream cheese gradually.
    Add enough powdered sugar to hold mixture together.
    Form sugar mixture into balls or egg shape. Dip in melted chocolate.
    Yields about 50.
