Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
2 1/2 c. blueberries
sugar (for top)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to butter mixture and alternate with milk.
Add blueberries, mixing by hand.
Place mixture in muffin tins (2/3 full).
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
