Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    12 oz. jar mushroom gravy
    1/2 c. sour cream
    hot, cooked noodles
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, milk, onion powder and garlic salt.
    Form into small meatballs.
    Brown in oil. Drain.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
    Mix gravy and sour cream and pour over meatballs. Heat; do not boil.
