Texas Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    a little lemon juice (optional)
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together all the ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 5 minutes at 425\u00b0, then bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
