Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box broccoli spears (12 oz.)
1 c. rice
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 stack Ritz or any brand crackers, finely crushed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Blanch broccoli and salt to taste.
Melt cheese in milk; set aside.
Cook rice.
Melt butter and add crushed crackers.
Lay broccoli spears in long casserole dish.
Spoon cooked rice in between spears.
Pour on cheese sauce.
Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbles on top (approximately 30 minutes).
