Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. (6) boneless chicken breast halves
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    5 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs or plain with oregano, basil and paprika added
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    3 oz. skimmed Mozzarella, sliced thin or grated
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and Parmesan in shallow plate. Fork-whip egg and oil in shallow bowl.
    Dip each piece of chicken in egg, then crumbs.
    Arrange in single layer on baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Top with Mozzarella and return to oven until cheese melts.
    Makes 6 servings, about 275 calories each.
