Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    4 c. peeled, diced, tart apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and apples and stir.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt cake pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
