Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) double pie crust
    3 1/2 c. fresh or frozen rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust; cover with top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes more.
