Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, sliced, cooked 10 minutes and drained
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. milk (canned milk is best)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large baking dish.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and milk together.
    Put cooked potatoes in margarine and pour milk mixture over potatoes.
    Cook for 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or until brown.
