Cappuccino Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    4 rounded tsp. instant Espresso
    2 envelopes no-calorie sweetener
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. ice cubes
    powdered cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine milk, Espresso, sweetener, water and ice cubes in blender.
    Blend until frothy.
