Scalloped Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 to 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Place beef in a casserole dish.
    Cover with cheese and seasonings.
    Place potatoes on top. Mix milk with soup and pour on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
