Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. snipped chives
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pierce skins of potatoes with fork.
    Arrange potatoes on microwave-safe paper towel in microwave oven.
    Cook on full power for 10 to 14 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
    Turn potatoes over halfway through cooking time.
