Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sweetener
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. (scant) soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
